Field operations , control room operator , controller , field supervising 2)planing and execution of unit process & operations and other related activities in safe and efficient manner as

per operation manager's instructions.

3)Handling continuous operation through DCS (Emerson)& Honeywell with proper start up and shut down

procedure of plant.

4) Handle process like low pressure gibbsite Dissolution reaction, preDesilication reaction, Lime reaction, and

operations such as Grinding, Digestion, Sedimentation, Filtration, and Precipitation, Utilities and Evaporation

(Three effect evaporation with steam ejector system).

5) having a experience of operating jaw crusher, , ball mill cooling tower, , shell&tube and plate type heat

exchanger, flash distillation, settler&washer, polishing filter, red mud filter, rotary drump filter.hHav, pan filter,

blowers, compressor, all through dcs panel room

6) Operating various types of pumps

VFD & Dual & operating other VFD devices

In auto & casket mode in a control set of parameters

7) Maintaining all process equipment in safe conditions also maintaining process flow of the plant. To give the

maximum yield through dcs operations

8) Preparing a log sheet of various Data

Which is required for obtaining for calculating the production
