About the RoleGlobal Properties is looking for a proactive and responsible Facility Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of Maple High Street. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility management, coordinate with vendors and tenants, supervise on-site staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the property.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, parking, and other support staff.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of common areas.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for routine and emergency maintenance.
• Handle maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor staff attendance, deployment, and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property and report maintenance requirements.
• Maintain operational records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory guidelines.
• Coordinate with tenants to address operational concerns and provide timely support.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Facility Management, Property Management, Mall Operations, or Building Administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently.
