Key responsibilities

Plan and post daily/weekly content on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — including Reels, before/after posts, patient testimonials, and educational videos

Shoot and edit short-form videos on-site at the clinic using a phone/camera — basic editing in CapCut/canva/Final Cut Pro or similar tools

Run and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to generate patient enquiries and appointment bookings

Manage and optimize Google Business Profile — ensure accurate information, respond to reviews, and post regular updates

Basic SEO — ensure the clinic website is updated, pages are optimized for local keywords, and the clinic appears in relevant searches

Share weekly performance updates with the doctor — leads generated, content reach, ad spend vs. results — in simple, non-technical language

Manage WhatsApp Business profile, respond to enquiries promptly, and coordinate with the front desk on appointment follow-ups
