Job OverviewWe are hiring Customer Support Executives for both Voice and Chat Processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering an excellent customer experience through calls and chat support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through voice calls and chat.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
• Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.
• Update customer records and interaction details in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies and service standards.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
