*Job Title: Customer Support Executive**
*Job Type:- Full-Time
#Salary
* Salary depends on interview performance
* Expected CTC: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
* Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month
# Shift Timings (Rotational Shifts)
* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
# Job Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
* Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat.
* Maintain records of customer interactions.
* Ensure a positive customer experience.
# Skills Required
* Good communication skills.
* Good understanding of English.
* Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
* Customer-focused attitude.
* Basic computer knowledge.
