Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Collection Team Leader to manage our debt recovery team. You will be responsible for leading a team of collection executives, monitoring daily targets, and ensuring maximum recovery while maintaining professional compliance.
If you have a strong backbone for targets, excellent communication skills, and know how to motivate a team to clear pending dues, we want you!
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 10–15 Collection Executives (Telecallers/Field agents).
Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly recovery and aging buckets targets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily call volumes, promises to pay (PTP), and actual resolutions.
Escalation Handling: Handle critical or stubborn customer cases and resolve disputes professionally.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports to the Operations Manager.
