- Conduct daily field visits to customers for payment collection and debt recovery.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate regular EMI collections.
- Maintain accurate records of all daily collections, customer feedback, and visits.
- Clearly communicate payment options and terms to customers while maintaining a polite and professional attitude.
- Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the manager.
