Hiring: Career Counselor (Onsite | Bhopal)

We are a university setup in Bhopal looking for someone who can connect well with students and guide them through their career and college decisions.

This is a calling and counseling role. You will be reaching out to prospective students, understanding their background, and helping them figure out the right path. We want someone who can speak well, stay patient, and handle conversations with confidence.

What you'll be doing:

- Calling and following up with student leads daily

- Counseling students and parents about courses, career options, and admissions

- Maintaining call records and follow-up trackers

- Contributing to monthly enrollment targets

Who we're looking for:

- Good communication in Hindi and basic English

- Patient and easy to talk to

- Freshers can apply, experience in counseling or tele-calling is a plus

Details:

- Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite)

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 fixed + performance incentives

- Timing: Day shift
