Business Development Executive (BDE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students via calls/emails to understand their needs
- Provide information on full-time & distance learning programs
- Counsel and guide candidates based on career goals
- Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
- Build relationships and support throughout the enrolment process
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and achieve targets
Requirements:
- Pursuing graduation or higher
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good counselling and listening ability
- Basic knowledge of education programs
- Target-driven and well-organized
