Position Overview

We are looking for highly energetic, self-motivated, and growth-oriented professionals to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, leadership potential, and the ability to build strong institutional relationships while contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Outreach & Partnerships

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and educational organizations.
  • Coordinate with institutional authorities to organize workshops, seminars, hackathons, bootcamps, guest lectures, and awareness programs.
  • Generate opportunities for both paid and unpaid engagement activities.
  • Represent Coding Thinker during institutional meetings, events, and partnership discussions.
  • Build long-term collaborations with academic institutions and industry stakeholders.

Event & Program Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure successful execution of workshops, seminars, bootcamps, training programs, and hackathons.
  • Manage end-to-end communication between institutions, trainers, speakers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all scheduled programs while maintaining professional stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor event outcomes and identify opportunities for future collaborations.

Business Development & Sales

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital outreach, and institutional engagement.
  • Conduct consultative discussions with students, parents, and prospects.
  • Convert leads into enrollments through effective relationship management and solution-based selling.
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and business development activities.

Market Development

  • Identify new business opportunities across colleges, universities, and emerging markets.
  • Develop strategies to improve market penetration and brand visibility.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for business growth and expansion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

 

 

 

 

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

  • MBA (Marketing, HR, Business Administration, or related specialization)
  • B.Tech / BE Graduates
  • Any Graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply
  • Candidates with prior experience in Sales, Marketing, EdTech, Training, or Business Development will be preferred

Compensation & Employment Structure

Internship / PPO Phase (First 3 Months)

  • Selected candidates will undergo an initial 3-month internship/training period.
  • During this period, candidates will receive a stipend of ₹15,000 per month.
  • Performance will be evaluated based on communication skills, business development capabilities, professionalism, ownership, learning ability, and overall contribution.

 

 

 

Full-Time Employment

Upon successful completion of the internship and meeting performance expectations, candidates will be offered a full-time position.

Fixed Annual CTC: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA

Compensation will be determined based on:

Selection Process

The hiring process consists of three stages:

Round 1 – Group Discussion (GD)

Assessment of communication, leadership, teamwork, presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Round 2 – HR Interaction

Evaluation of personality, communication skills, professional aspirations, attitude, and cultural fit.

Round 3 – Final Discussion with Leadership

Assessment of strategic thinking, ownership mindset, growth potential, business acumen, and overall role suitability.

Working Conditions

  • 6 Days Working
  • Combination of field-based and office-based responsibilities
  • Frequent travel may be required depending on projects and institutional requirements
  • Cold calling and lead generation are mandatory responsibilities
