About the RoleWe are hiring energetic and target-oriented Business Development Managers for our BFSI client. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers for BFSI products/services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Identify new market opportunities and business prospects
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing
• Maintain customer database and documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service and support
• Eligibility CriteriaMBA (Marketing/Finance) preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
• 2–3 years of experience in BFSI/Sales/Business Development preferred
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of banking, insurance, or financial products will be an added advantage
