Job Description: Barista / Waitress / Kitchen HelperPosition: Barista / Waitress / Kitchen HelperResponsibilities:Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.Serve food and drinks to customers promptly and accurately.Handle cash and process payments when required.Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, coffee station, and workspaces.Assist with basic food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, and other menu items.Restock supplies and ingredients throughout the shift.Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.Support kitchen staff during busy periods and help with general kitchen duties.Requirements:Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, or customer service is preferred.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads.Skills:Coffee and beverage preparationCustomer serviceFood handling and preparationCash handlingTeamwork and multitaskingTime managementThis role is ideal for someone who can provide excellent customer service while supporting both front-of-house and kitchen operations
