Job Description
Urgent Requirement: 2 Chef South Indian Chef / Cook
Authentic Cooking: Prepare high-quality Dosa (Masala, Rava, Paneer), Soft Idlis, Medu Vadas, Uttapam, Authentic Sambhar, and various Chutneys.
Batter Preparation: Prepare fresh Dosa and Idli batter daily with correct fermentation.
Taste & Quality: Maintain consistent South Indian taste, hygiene, and neat food presentation.
Stock Control: Check daily kitchen ingredients and minimize food wastage
Kitchen Hygiene: Keep the cooking station clean, organized, and hygienic.
