Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Loan Sales Manager to lead our lending portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new loan customers, developing strong relationships with channel partners, and managing a high-performing sales team. You will play a critical part in expanding our market footprint while ensuring all operations comply with internal credit policies and financial regulations.

*Experience* 

 requirement, e.g., 2–3 years of proven experience in loan sales (e.g., LAP, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Home Loans) within the BFSI or banking industry.Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation

 Sound knowledge of credit evaluation, financial statements, and local market dynamics.

*Leadership*

 Demonstrated track record of managing a sales team and driving performance.

*Key Responsibilities*

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual loan origination and disbursement targets.

*Team Leadership*

: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of Loan Officers or Sales Executives to maximize performance and productivity.

*SALARY* - 25k-35k + Incentive
