Job Description

About the Role MBx Infra India Private Limited is hiring an experienced Office Manager to manage the administrative and operational functions of our Real Estate & Construction business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling office operations, documentation, project coordination, HR administration, MIS reporting, and vendor management within the Real Estate or Construction industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete office administration and daily operations.
  • Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Directors.
  • Maintain client records, project files, legal documents, agreements, quotations, and contracts.
  • Supervise HR activities including attendance, leave, onboarding, employee records, and office discipline.
  • Coordinate with Accounts for invoices, payments, expense records, and MIS reporting.
  • Manage office inventory, vendors, procurement, and facility maintenance.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Maintain reports related to sales, projects, collections, customer queries, and office performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of business information.
  • Support Directors in day-to-day business planning and operational coordination.


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA/BBA Preferred).
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience as an Office Manager/Admin Manager.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Builder, or Developer Company is Mandatory.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email Communication.
  • Strong leadership, team management, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage deadlines.
