Job Responsibilities

कार्य जिम्मेदारियां

• Attend incoming calls from company-provided live leads.

• कंपनी द्वारा दिए गए Live Leads की Calls अटेंड करना।

• Explain product details professionally and clearly to customers.

• ग्राहकों को प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी स्पष्ट एवं प्रोफेशनल तरीके से समझाना।

• Convert interested leads into confirmed sales.

• Interested Leads को Confirmed Sales में Convert करना।

• Maintain proper customer follow-up and communication.

• ग्राहकों के साथ उचित Follow-Up एवं Communication बनाए रखना।

Salary & Performance Policy

सैलरी एवं परफॉर्मेंस पॉलिसी

• Fixed Salary – ₹15,000 per month if this clause fulfills Company provides high-quality paid live leads generated through Meta & Google Ads with high lead generation cost; therefore, a minimum expectation of 70 packets per month is applicable.

• फिक्स्ड सैलरी – ₹15,000 प्रति माह। Only in case

• कंपनी Meta एवं Google Ads से प्राप्त High-Quality Paid Live Leads प्रदान करती है जिनकी Lead Generation Cost अधिक होती है, इसलिए न्यूनतम 70 पैकेट प्रति माह की अपेक्षा रखी जाती है।

• Fixed salary is applicable with full month attendance, maximum 4 approved leaves, and expected work performance.

• फिक्स्ड सैलरी पूरे महीने की उपस्थिति, अधिकतम 4 स्वीकृत छुट्टियों एवं अपेक्षित कार्य प्रदर्शन पर लागू होगी।

• Approximate expectation is around 2 confirmed orders daily.

• प्रतिदिन लगभग 2 Confirmed Orders की अपेक्षा की जाती है।

• Small performance deviation may be acceptable with consistency and discipline.

• निरंतरता एवं अनुशासन होने पर थोड़ी बहुत परफॉर्मेंस कमी स्वीकार्य हो सकती है।

• Attractive incentives will be provided based on performance.

• परफॉर्मेंस के आधार पर आकर्षक इंसेंटिव दिए जाएंगे।

• Consistent performers can earn above ₹30,000 with salary and incentives.

• लगातार अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने वाले कर्मचारी सैलरी एवं इंसेंटिव मिलाकर ₹30,000 से अधिक कमा सकते हैं।

Working Hours

• Minimum 8 working hours daily.
