Job Description (JD) – Field Rigger (Telecom Tower Worker)

Position: Field Rigger (Telecom Tower Worker)

Job Location: Bhiwandi, Andheri to Borivali, Thane, Cuffe Parade to Bandra

Working Hours: 9 Hours

Salary:

CTC: ₹21,000 per month

In-Hand Salary: ₹16,025 per month

Mobile Allowance: ₹500

Traveling Allowance: Up to ₹6,000

Key Responsibilities:

Climb telecom towers for installation, maintenance, and repair work.

Install antennas, RRUs, cables, brackets, and other telecom equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of telecom sites.

Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE while working at heights.

Coordinate with the site engineer and team members.

Maintain tools and equipment properly.

Travel to assigned field locations as required.

Complete work as per company quality and safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience in telecom tower climbing and field work preferred.

Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.

Male candidates preferred.

Age: Below 40 years.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Note: Candidates must be physically fit and willing to work on telecom towers. Working at heights is mandatory.
