Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatch planning and coordination
• Manage daily Stock Inwarding and coordination
• Track daily stock levels, conduct periodic inventory audits, and reconcile physical inventory with records.
• Prepare invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans
• Maintain ERP entries for inward & outward stock
• Coordinate with production team for order readiness
• Track inventory and ensure stock accuracy
• Handle transporter coordination & loading supervision
• Maintain dispatch records and documentation
• Assist in basic MIS reporting

Requirements:

• 1–4 years experience in dispatch / logistics / warehouse
• Basic Excel knowledge required
• Good coordination & communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing setup
• Knowledge of GST billing & e-way bill
