About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to manage the electrical infrastructure, maintenance, and operational efficiency of the warehouse facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted electrical operations, equipment reliability, safety compliance, and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance & OperationsManage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems, panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, lighting systems, and power distribution networks.
• Identify and resolve electrical faults with minimum downtime.
• Monitor power consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
• Facility & Warehouse SupportMaintain electrical infrastructure across the warehouse facility.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply for warehouse operations and critical equipment.
• Coordinate with facility and operations teams to address electrical requirements.
• Support warehouse expansion and electrical modification projects.
• Installation & Project ExecutionSupervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and project activities.
• Ensure work completion within timelines and quality standards.
• Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and safety checks.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs.
• Adhere to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.
• Team CoordinationGuide technicians and junior engineers on maintenance activities.
• Allocate tasks and monitor execution.
• Collaborate with operations, facility, procurement, and vendor teams.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems.

• LT & HT Panels
• Transformers
• DG Sets
• UPS Systems
• Electrical Wiring & Cabling
• Motors & Motor Control Circuits
• Power Distribution Systems
• Switchgear & Protection Systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and SLDs (Single Line Diagrams).
• Expertise in troubleshooting electrical breakdowns.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with energy monitoring and power optimization techniques.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

Candidate RequirementsMandatory

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA from a recognized institution.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, facility management, warehouse operations, or industrial environments.
• Hands-on expertise in handling electrical equipment and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
• PreferredExperience in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, manufacturing, or facility management sectors.
• Knowledge of electrical audits and statutory compliance.
• Exposure to automation systems and warehouse electrical infrastructure.
