MIS Executive

We are a growing garment manufacturing company looking for someone who will become the backbone of our data and reporting systems — across every department in the organisation. This is not a role where you maintain what already exists. You will build it, connect it, and make sure every function in the company runs on clean, real-time information.

What you will do

Organisation-wide MIS

• Own all data collection, reporting, and dashboards across every department — Production, Quality, Merchandising, Accounts, HR, Purchase, and Stores
• Design and maintain trackers, dashboards, and summary reports that give the MD a clear picture of the entire business at any point in time
• Ensure every department head has the data they need — in the right format, at the right frequency — without chasing anyone for it
• Identify where data is missing, inconsistent, or manual — and fix it by building a proper system
• Prepare a monthly management review pack covering all functions — actual vs target, trends, and flags for leadership attention

Automation & Systems Integration

• Connect systems — for example, pull ERP data automatically into Google Sheets or dashboards so teams stop doing manual data entry
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using tools like Google Apps Script, Excel macros, or similar — if something is done manually every day, you will find a way to automate it
• Build data pipelines between departments so information flows without anyone having to forward a file
• Evaluate and implement lightweight tools and integrations that reduce admin work across the factory

Systems Building

• Take new management frameworks and operational systems being introduced in the company — understand them deeply and build the factory-specific tools to run them
• Pilot each system in one department, refine it, then roll it out across the organisation
• Train department heads and teams so they can use and update each system independently
• Maintain a live tracker of every system being built or running — status, owner, and health

What we are looking for

• 3–5 years in an MIS, data, or systems role — garment or manufacturing experience is a strong advantage
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets — not basic, genuinely advanced (formulas, pivot tables, dynamic dashboards)
• Hands-on experience connecting systems — ERP to Sheets, API integrations, Apps Script, macros, or similar automation tools
• Ability to work with ERP software — extract data, understand data structure, and build reports from it
• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Commerce, or any relevant field
• Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar — a plus but not mandatory
