Labour Helper / Mazdoor: Job Description (Adornis Home Decor)

Role: Provides physical support for handling, moving, and storing decor products and materials at the showroom and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods, furniture, and decor items from vehicles
• Manufacturing Products of our company with care and technique (training will be provided)
• Move products carefully within the showroom, godown, and delivery sites
• Help pack items securely using bubble wrap, cartons, and other packing material
• Assist the delivery team with deliveries and installations at customer locations
• Arrange stock neatly in the warehouse and showroom
• Keep the godown, loading area, and work areas clean
• Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor
• Follow instructions from the supervisor or store in-charge

Requirements:

• Basic literacy preferred (can read labels and simple instructions)
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Careful with fragile and breakable goods
• Honest, hardworking, and punctual
• Willing to travel for deliveries when required
• Prior experience in a warehouse, furniture, or decor business preferred but not essential
