Job Description:

Position: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

Location: Ashmita Textile Park, Kongoan, Kalyan West

Duration: 3–6 Months (Internship)

Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Executive

• Key Responsibilities : Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support employee onboarding by collecting and verifying joining documents.
