Field Sales Executive

Core ResponsibilitiesVendor & Channel Partner (CP) Management:

Identify, onboard, and manage networks of real estate brokers and channel partners to generate consistent site visits and sales leads.

Property Identification & Evaluation: Analyze the local market (e.g., across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane) to identify lucrative land parcels or prime properties for development or investment.

Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate deal terms, pricing, and contract conditions with property owners, developers, and vendors.

Market Research & Reporting: Monitor competitor activities, real estate trends, and regional regulations to adjust sourcing strategies and report to executive teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal sales, closing, and legal teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and compliance in property transactions.

Key Qualifications

Experience: Typically requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, channel sales, or property acquisition.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).Network: Strong existing network of brokers, developers, and industry stakeholders in the target region.

Skills: Exceptional negotiation,communication, and relationship management abilities, combined with proficiency in CRM software.
