Job Purpose

Field sales role responsible for onboarding and managing Booking Offices (BOs) to drive freight brokerage business growth.

Key Responsibilities

New Acquisition

- Identify and onboard new Booking Offices to associate with BlackBuck Freight Brokerage

- Build strong relationships and explain business benefits to potential partners

Indent Procurement

- Engage newly KYC-approved Booking Offices to generate vehicle placement indents

- Ensure consistent business flow from onboarded partners

Onboarding & Coordination

- Coordinate with the Traffic team for successful initial truck placement

- Ensure smooth onboarding and operational setup

Handover & Operations

- Transition newly onboarded Booking Offices to the Traffic team for ongoing operations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with the Demand team to source Booking Office leads

- Share broker leads to support business growth
