Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and application issues.

Provide support for printers, scanners, and network connectivity.

Install and configure MS Office, Outlook, and other business applications.

Perform user account setup, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks.

Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.

Maintain IT asset inventory and service records.

Ensure timely resolution of user support tickets.
