Data Entry Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy ERP Implementation Executive to support the rollout of our ERP system across Merchandising, Stores, Production, and Planning departments.

The role requires a strong understanding of software systems, business processes, and data management. The selected candidate will work closely with department heads and the ERP implementation team to ensure accurate system setup, data migration, user adoption, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand ERP modules, workflows, and system processes

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Stores, Production, and Planning teams for data collection and verification

• Upload, validate, and maintain master data within the ERP system

• Track implementation activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

• Identify missing, inaccurate, or incomplete data and coordinate corrective actions

• Assist in ERP testing, process mapping, and user acceptance activities

• Support end-users during implementation and post-go-live stages

• Generate ERP reports and monitor data accuracy

• Work closely with management and ERP consultants to drive project success

Required Skills

• Strong computer and software proficiency

• Excellent MS Excel skills

• Fast learner with strong analytical ability

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• High attention to detail and process orientation

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Management, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related fields

• 1–5 years of experience in ERP, operations, data management, production planning, inventory, merchandising, or process coordination

• Prior exposure to ERP systems will be an advantage
