Must be a genuine pet lover and comfortable working with dogs and cats.

Must not have any allergy to pets or pet hair, as this is a Pet Grooming Salon and Pet Store.

Manage daily shop operations.

Handle telecalling and customer follow-ups.

Respond to phone and WhatsApp enquiries.

Assist customers in choosing the right pet products and grooming services.

Manage appointments, billing and customer records.

Maintain excellent customer relationships and increase sales.
