Job Description

Job Purpose:Generate qualified leads and appointments for the sales team by contacting builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, corporate clients, and dealers.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Introduce company products:
  • Fire Rated Doors (FRD)
  • Flush Doors
  • Laminate Doors
  • Veneer Doors
  • Wooden Doors
  • WPC Doors
  • Generate inquiries and appointments for field sales executives.
  • Follow up with existing and new leads.
  • Maintain customer database in Excel/CRM.
  • Share company profile, catalog, and quotations through WhatsApp and Email.
  • Collect project details from builders and architects.
  • Maintain daily call reports and lead status.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and follow-ups.
