Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to lead and manage construction site operations from project initiation through completion. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing civil engineering projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple civil engineering construction projects on-site
• Plan project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Review and approve method statements, work programs, and shop drawings
• Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and cost control
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Resolve technical and operational issues on site
