Job Description

Prepare customer invoices and bills.

Check quantity, rate, discount and GST.

Verify billing documents and sales orders.

Maintain billing records in Excel/ERP/Tally.

Coordinate with sales, dispatch and customers.

Follow up for pending bills and payments.

Handle billing-related customer queries.

Prepare daily/monthly billing reports.

Assist in GST, TDS and other accounts-related work.

Ensure accurate and timely billing.
