If you have experience in IT hiring, Permanent Staffing, Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment, and team management, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Job ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
  • Understand technical hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and collect timely feedback from interview panels.
  • Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
  • Ensure positions are closed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Coordinate with staffing partners and recruitment vendors whenever required.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team.
  • Assign daily hiring targets and monitor recruiter performance.
  • Conduct daily team meetings and provide guidance to improve sourcing and closures.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and ensure hiring quality and productivity.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
  • Required Skills2–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
  • Experience in Permanent Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience working with IT Staffing Companies or Recruitment Consultancies.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience in Bulk Hiring and Niche IT Hiring.
  • Strong headhunting and talent mapping skills.
