Area Sales Manager – Packaged Drinking Water
East Coast Beverages (Brands: Bahamas, Aqtive, Bindaas, Barmuda)
We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager to build and lead our distributor and retail network across the Murshidabad region.
Responsibilities:
- Appoint and manage distributors
- Drive primary and secondary sales
- Expand retail coverage across the district
- Lead and motivate a team of sales reps
- Achieve monthly volume and value targets
- Manage collections and outstanding
Requirements:
- 5+ years in FMCG / beverage field sales
- Proven distributor and retail channel experience
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Fluency in Bengali; working Hindi/English
- Own two-wheeler; willing to travel daily
- Result-driven and self-motivated
Salary: Competitive fixed + incentives + travel allowance
