Workday EPM- Reporting with Prism- Manager

The KPMG Global Services (KGS) MC is looking for dynamic, high-energy and high-performing individuals to be a part of the exciting journey.

 

Roles & Responsibilities: Reporting with Prism

  • Responsible for client deliverables of medium-high complexity work with quality check

  • Engage in pre-sales activities, client POCs 

  • Use Consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday expertise to elevate and realize success in the client’s Workday journey.

  • Engage with Project Manager, Onshore Lead and Clients to understand the Project Scope and manage the workstream

  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact

  • Responsible for key deliverables and engage with senior stakeholders to understand the project scope, business requirements and work with onshore and offshore teams to do successful delivery.

  • Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their HR and Finance functions and enhance their employees’ experiences.

     

Must-Have Certifications

•  HCM Core/ Integrations/ Fin Core 

•  Composite Reporting  & Prism Analytics

 

Experience & Background 

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Lead and execute full report development life cycle, requirement gathering , design, build , test and deploy

  • Functional Knowledge of Workday Modules in HR ( Core HR , Absence , Compensation , Recruitment , Payroll , Talent  etc)  or in Fin (Accounting , Projects , Procurement , Inventory etc).

  • Mentor Team Members on Workday Reporting.

  • Serve as a Workday Reporting domain and Prism expert and provide guidance and consultation to Stakeholders.

  • Good understanding of Workday Security and Migration tools

  • Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution

•      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with team members and leadership

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • HCM / Finance Functional module knowledge

  • Good to have BIRT knowledge.

  • Good to have Adaptive Insights Knowledge
