Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of platform integration and customization capabilities.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with cloud-based service delivery models and their impact on architecture.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive architectural consensus and implementation.
