Responsible for maintaining effective relationships between tenants and the Ambience Management team

Major Responsibilities:

  Specific duties will include the duties of shift technicians but will take the lead in breakdown scenarios, fulfill certain administrative functions.

Prompt response and attendance to calls or as directed by Property manager/. Make best endeavor to resolve requests/complaints by the clients while maintaining most courteous composure and adhering to standard engineering practices at all the time. Escalating non resolving calls immediately. Carry out PPM routines as per the schedule and fill up checklists of all equipment & Systems at O & M, as per 52 Week PPM Schedule. Maintain and update various logs, records and other operational documents. Keep an eye for defects, short comings in the systems and report immediately along with suggestions, if any to superiors for making entries in the snag list. To work as the shift technician in a 9 hour shift pattern in General Shift with one weekly OFF. 1. Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and machinery. 2. Diagnose & troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. 3. Repair & replace defective parts, components, or systems to restore functionality. 4. Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential problems before breakdowns occur. 5. Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery. 6. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and service reports. 7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 8. Support production teams by minimizing downtime through quick interventions. 9. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to resolve technical issues. 10. Participate in shutdowns, overhauls, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification

ITI & Diploma Electrical

• Experience in industrial plants, factories, warehouses, refinery, preferred

Work Experience  

• 2–5 years of experience in industrial construction projects.

Compensation : Commensurate with market
