- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative delivery practices to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Strong knowledge of time management processes within SAP SuccessFactors and their application in business environments.
- Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology-driven business changes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
