Talent Acquisition Analyst

What success looks like in this role:

• Gains familiarity with Talent Acquisition concepts, methods and philosophy.
• Performs developmental assignments in and gains exposure to various aspects of Talent Acquisition, including general sourcing / recruiting / selection, campus / early career and contract management.
• With guidance, supports recruiting and staffing efforts by:
o Engaging with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and challenges,
o Assisting with sourcing / recruitment strategy development and implementation,
o Facilitating candidate contact, scheduling and follow-up,
o Entering, maintaining and updating data in the applicant tracking system,
o Preparing job offers for successful candidates, and
o Finalizing start dates with candidates.
• Learns and adheres to company and applicable regulatory standards and policies.
• Build positive working relationships with Human Resources (HR) colleagues and allied teams.
• Participates in local and/or broader Talent Acquisition initiatives as required.
• Co-ordinates with Universities, participates in Career Fairs and campus recruitment activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
