Senior Manager - Product Finance (Construction Equipment and Channel Finance)

Sr. Manager Product - CEQ Finance - Bengaluru - Prestige Corniche - MM

Key Objective of the Job:

 Strategic Tie –ups with OEM’s
 Responsible for generating business of various financial products, including Leasing, Channel Finance, Equipment Finance, and Short-Term Facilities with OEMs and dealers.
 Short-term lending programs with OEMs and dealers.
 Onboarding new OEMs through MoUs and driving business generation through strategic partnerships.
 Provide support to sales and collections teams in coordination with OEMs and dealers
 Sharing and tracking of leads with the internal sales team.
 Responsible for designing specific schemes in coordination with OEM and dealer partners.
 Joint promotion and marketing events with OEMS
 Travelling to various locations in the Geography assigned under the role
 Provide training to DSAs and promote business generation through them.
 Maintain MIS, market TIV, and other market-related data and information.

Major Deliverables:

 Business numbers in Construction Equipment finance and other products. OEM Satisfaction, OEM percentage share in Financing to be achieved
