Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce developer with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements, particularly within the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhanced user experience.
• Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality standards.
• Support and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills:

• 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, FSC-related certifications preferred).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Exposure to DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
