9+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, and MDM Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Solid understanding of: Master Data Management concepts Match & merge, survivorship, hierarchies Proven experience defining and managing data quality frameworks and metrics Strong SQL and data analysis skills Experience working in enterprise-scale data environments Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities Data Governance Leadership Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Data Governance frameworks Define and enforce data standards, policies, ownership, and stewardship models Identify and manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and data domains Establish governance operating models, workflows, and escalation paths Facilitate Data Governance Councils and steward communities Support regulatory, audit, and compliance initiatives Data Quality Management Define and own enterprise data quality strategy Design and monitor data quality rules, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards
