oOverall responsibility for NOC operations resource planning and SLA compliance

oComprehensive expertise across networking servers databases and cloud platforms AWS Azure

oManages escalations ensures smooth shift handovers and acts as the single point of accountability for incident resolution

oCoordinates with the Operations Centre OC and provides leadership and performance reviews

Shift Structure

Three shifts per day each 9 hours 8 hours work 1hour break

oShift 1 0600 1500 1930 ET 0430 ET1

oShift 2 1330 2230 0300 ET 1200 ET

oShift 3 2130 0630 1100 ET 2000 ET

Rotation every 4 weeks to balance night shift fatigue

Builtin overlap for smooth handovers
