Role Summary

Owns end-to-end test automation strategy for AI-powered and conversational systems. Drives innovation, governance, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-level automation frameworks
• Lead AI-driven and Generative AI test automation initiatives
• Define automation standards, governance, and metrics
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and architects
• Guide testing of AI models, data, and responses
• Mentor and grow automation teams (5–10 engineers)
• Evaluate and onboard new automation and AI tools

Mandatory Skills (with Experience)

• Automation Architecture & Leadership: 7+ years
• Python / Java: 6+ years
• Selenium & Advanced Frameworks: 6+ years
• AI / Generative AI Testing: 2–3 years
• Prompt Engineering: Hands-on experience
• CI/CD & DevOps: 5+ years
• AI/ML Concepts (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn): Working knowledge

Good to Have

• Conversational AI testing (chatbots, LLM responses)
• Cloud-native automation
• Performance & security testing leadership
• AI-related certifications

Education Requirement
