  Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Ivanti UEM for EUC deployment and management

  Job Description 

  Manage and support Ivanti Unified Endpoint Management UEM solutions to ensure efficient endpoint deployment and administration Design implement and optimize endpoint management strategies within the EUC deployment and management domain Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Ivanti UEM with existing IT infrastructure and tools Monitor analyze and troubleshoot endpoint issues to maintain high availability and performance Stay updated with the latest developments trends and best practices in Ivanti UEM and endpoint management technologies

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Lead the deployment configuration and maintenance of Ivanti UEM across diverse endpoint devices Develop and enforce policies for endpoint security compliance and software distribution using Ivanti UEM Provide expertlevel support and guidance to IT teams and endusers regarding endpoint management Conduct regular health checks audits and performance tuning of Ivanti UEM environments Document processes configurations and troubleshooting steps to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base Participate in incident and problem management related to endpoint devices and Ivanti UEM platform Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the EUC deployment and management family
