The Consultant – Payroll plays a key role in delivering payroll advisory and transformation engagements by leading current state assessments, process design, operating model development, and system implementation support. The role works directly with client stakeholders to diagnose payroll challenges, design scalable solutions, and drive execution across the payroll transformation lifecycle. This position combines strong payroll functional knowledge with consulting, stakeholder management, and solution delivery capabilities.

•Lead current and future state payroll process design
•Develop comprehensive process documentation and artefacts
•Identify optimisation opportunities through benchmarking
•Perform payroll analytics to drive improvement insights
•Contribute to business case and case for change development
•Prepare strategic presentations and reports
•Support payroll/HRIS implementation and testing cycles
•Align process design with system configuration
•Use dashboarding and mapping tools effectively
•Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder discussions
•Develop proposals and RFP responses
•Drive communication with onshore and client teams
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or an MBA from an accredited college/university
•Proposal development and RFP response
