Senior Inside Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

•     Identify and win new SMB and Enterprise logos, with a focus on funded Bengaluru tech companies (50–300 employees)

•     Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: lead qualification, solutioning, quoting, negotiation, and closing

•     Engage at CXO / IT-head / procurement level to understand real business needs before recommending a solution

•     Quote within TTPL's standing margin rules — minimum 12% floor on hardware, walk away below 8%

•     Own and deliver a monthly gross-margin target (not just revenue)

•     Check pricing against at least 3 vendors before quoting; no quotes shared over WhatsApp

•     Report in the weekly rhythm — Monday 10:30 AM pipeline review, Friday EOD status report

•     Coordinate with the presales/technical team for solution design on complex deals

Requirements

•     6–10 years of B2B enterprise/SMB technology sales experience, with a real, active client network

•     Demonstrated experience personally closing deals — not only managing or overseeing a sales pipeline

•     Comfortable with field sales and in-person CXO engagement, not only inside/phone sales

•     Working knowledge of IT hardware, networking, AV, or software licensing sales (cybersecurity/compliance exposure is a plus, not mandatory)

•     Track record of hitting sales targets in a competitive, price-sensitive market

•     Excellent communication skills; local language fluency (Kannada/Hindi) an advantage for the Bengaluru market
