Role : Senior Business Analyst
Experience : 5-8 Years
Location : Banglore

Must have Skills

• Proven 5+ yrs of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Definition for Application, Data , ML and BI Delivery projects

• Experienced in Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP, with proficiency in project management tools like Jira for creating project backlogs, developing user stories, and managing Agile ceremonies

• Creating business requirement documents, user training manuals, requirement traceability matrices pertinent to technical workloads.

• Experienced in creating and delivering project status updates and other project-related presentations.

• Experience of working on data engineering, migration or infrastructure deployment projects delivered in AWS.

• Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business - Project Managers, Technical Architects and Leadership. 

• Create comprehensive documentation of project plans, requirements, decisions, and any changes made throughout the migration/greenfield process.

• Collecting and interpreting data, Identifying patterns and trends in data sets.

• Defining new data collection and analysis processes. Experience with data analysis and basic data visualization in tools like Excel and BI tools.

• Ability to analyze large data sets and write comprehensive reports

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to have independent conversations with various stakeholders.

• Highly proactive / self-starter in driving engagements (project tasks, self-directed learning, etc)

• An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving and keen attention to detail

• Experience and educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology or Cloud Technologies would be preferred.

• Proactively communicates the risk and associated mitigations to stakeholders involved

• Quicksight expertise would be helpful

• Has experience in the deployment procedures to higher environment

• Experience of working in projects involving migration to AWS. This could involve migration from on-prem to AWS or from other cloud platforms to AWS.
