KPMG Global Services (KGS) provides delivery support to KPMG member
firms and functions globally. The Senior Analyst supports Third Party
Compliance (TPC) activities under a team-extension model, executing
compliance procedures related to contingent worker personnel throughout their
tenure supporting KPMG-US.  

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities
• Execute third-party personnel compliance activities in accordance with
established SOPs and controls
• Review and validate documentation and system data for accuracy and
completeness
• Maintain and update cases, trackers, and records using firm-approved tools
(e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint)
• Identify compliance exceptions, data gaps, or risks and escalate to senior
team members
• Support quality reviews, remediation activities, and process improvements
Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, the Microsoft Office suite, and
collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to support
compliance reviews and reporting activities.
• Experience using workflow-driven case management or ticketing tools
(e.g., ServiceNow) to manage, document, and track work activities is
preferred.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with
consistent attention to detail when reviewing data, documentation, and
control evidence.
• Able to prioritize multiple assignments and manage time effectively to
meet deadlines in a structured, fast-paced delivery environment.
• Applies clear written and verbal communication skills, sound
judgment, and analytical thinking to support a service-oriented, teambased
operating model.
• Works independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively
with team members and stakeholders as required.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, including
scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple time zones.
• Advanced Excel capability, including hands-on experience with pivot
tables, lookup formulas, and summarizing large data sets for analysis
and reporting.
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills to manage
workload efficiently and maintain accurate records.
