Senior Analyst

Role Summary - The Offshore CWMO Operations Partner (COP) provides execution focused, repeatable operational support across the contingent workforce lifecycle. This role performs standardized system actions, supplier coordination, onboarding execution, and lifecycle maintenance activities, enabling scale, consistency, and SLA adherence. Offshore COPs partner closely with onshore COPs, who retain ownership of stakeholder management, exceptions, and decision-making.

Roles &  Responsibilities

·Request & System Execution
oSupport the creation and update contingent worker requests and assignments in Beeline and related systems based on approved intake details
oExecute standardized updates following kickoff meetings (rates, dates, locations, supplier distribution)
oMonitor work queues and progress tasks according to defined SLAs and priority rules
oFacilitate interview scheduling
o
·Supplier Coordination
oDistribute requests to suppliers and manage routine follow-ups on submissions and status
oValidate submission completeness and advance workflow steps once requirements are met
oEscalate supplier delays or issues to onshore COPs using defined escalation thresholds
 
·Lifecycle Management
oPrioritize extensions, amendments, and early terminations following approved requests and SOPs with closed loop communication to engagement teams. EoR, etc.
oCreate second assignments and validate information according to SOPs (rate, manager, SP, etc.)
oMaintain accurate assignment records and supporting documentation
oAssist with producing Market Rate Assessments using firm tools
oSupport Talent Reserve tracking activities (entry, updates, exits) as directed
oFollow up on aging timesheets and rejected timesheets
oUpdate on inactive users (EM/EP/TS) and make system updates across all impacted assignment records
oFacilitation of equipment return and follow up (worker/supplier)
·Compliance & Audit Support
oExecute standardized compliance checks and validate required documentation
oMaintain audit ready records and flag gaps to onshore COPs for resolution
 
·Success Measures
oSLA adherence and throughput on assigned workflows
oAccuracy of system updates and documentation
oReduction in rework and avoidable escalations
oConsistent support to onshore COP capacity and focus

oStakeholder negotiation or expectation management
oPolicy interpretation, exception approval, or risk decisions
oProcess design, control ownership, or RACI changes
·Required Qualifications & Experience
o2+ years of experience in operations support, shared services, or workforce administration
oStrong proficiency with excel and VLOOKUP 
oExperience executing high-volume, rules-based work with SLAs
oStrong attention to detail and comfort working from SOPs 
oPrior exposure to VMS, HR, or onboarding systems (e.g., Beeline, ServiceNow) preferred
