Role and Responsibilities
•Assist in the delivery of the integrated marketing and communications plan – implementing digital campaigns and monthly activities for different audience segments
•Support on the communications activity for all new products releasing to service
•Lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of live products and seek opportunities to standardise and refine the core marketing deliverables
•Take responsibility for the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing assets (such as Prospectus Online, curriculum updates, open course schedule, etc.) and assets/tools (such as the campaign kit-bags) to keep them up to date and of a high quality.
•Assist on maintaining brand compliance across marketing assets, proposals, service level agreement trackers etc. and ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging
•Interface with internal programme teams, such as the Service Centre, to provide ad-hoc communications support, oversight and guidance. Ensure programme-wide adherence of GSCU’s communications policies and procedures
•Support the development of internal programme communications and assets – particularly knowledge sharing tools designed to improve our service such as FAQs, credentials, evaluation results, etc.
•Support the team’s internal processes and governance to ensure compliance and on-going maintenance of content and resources. This may include mailboxes, websites, portals and platforms
•Manage projects with CREATE, building effective relationships with our team of designers; and providing support with the quality assurance of materials produced by CREATE
•Measure key performance indicators for campaign activity and report on analytics, ROI and engagement metrics
•Lead the team’s use of CRM, creating and maintaining a database of customer contacts ensuring GDPR measures are adhered to. This will involve analysis and segmentation of contacts to produce bespoke target lists
•Contribute to the preparation and execution of events throughout the year, including business development activity with priority accounts through to regional roadshows for broad audiences
•Support with day to day administration to ensure efficient running of the team and adherence to internal processes, e.g. budget reporting.

•Ability to produce high quality outputs in tight timeframes
•Advanced user of Microsoft software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
•Analytical skills, reporting and presentation of findings
Preferred technical & functional skills
•Skilled in project / workstream management and administration
•Experienced in marketing or communications
•Strong writing, editing and proofing skills with good attention to detail.
•Ability to generate creative ideas
•The ability to work in Adobe InDesign.
