We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) to play a pivotal role in our large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects, with a focus on the HRSD & Employee Workflows suite. As a BPC, you will act as a strategic advisor, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions to drive maximum value from the ServiceNow platform.

Strategic Process Consulting:

• Partner with HR leaders, process owners, and stakeholders to develop and refine business processes, pinpointing inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze and redesign business processes to ensure they align with strategic objectives and are optimized for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Champion configuration over customization, thoroughly reviewing and documenting any non-standard approaches.

Requirements & Backlog Management:

• Translate business needs and process improvements into clear and actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders.

Solution Delivery & Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are both impactful and strategically aligned with business goals.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
